Nurturing future leaders is pivotal to our success. Our Global Management Trainee (GMT) Program provides an opportunity for people with high potential to become our future leaders. Launched in 2015, the program has now rolled out to 10 locations across Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
The journey
Throughout the 18-month program, GMTs will have the opportunity to expose themselves to new business environments. GMTs will get to learn and explore our businesses through job rotations, management mentoring, corporate training and special projects. There will also be opportunities for GMTs to connect with new faces, including senior leaders, GMT alumni and fellow trainees.
Successful graduates of the GMT program will be offered a role in the company. Trainees who perform exceptionally will be offered the role of Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Our goal is to groom our trainees into becoming Managers or Senior Managers within 3 to 5 years.
